二连油田加密调整井固井技术研究与应用

Cementing Technology for Infilling Wells in Erlian Oilfield

分析了影响二连油田加密调整井固井质量的原因,提出了控制钻井液的切力和黏度、选用高效冲洗液、油层段采用短过渡低失水微膨胀早强水泥浆、合理使用套管外封隔器等保障固井质量的技术措施。通过室内研究,引入了去油清污型高效冲洗隔离液,以优质的降失水剂和早强剂等为主剂配制出了适合油层段的水泥浆。该套提高固井质量的技术措施于2006年在二连油田加密调整井中进行了应用,固井质量较以前提高了17%以上,取得了较好的效果。

This paper discussed the influencing factors of the oil well cementing job quality in Erlian Oilfield.Technological measures were presented for high quality oil well cementing,such as controlling the gel strength and viscosity of drilling fluids,using high performance flushing fluid and early strength cement slurry with short transition time,low filtration and low expansion in reservoir section,and fair use of external casing packers.These technical measures,combined with a high performance flushing fluid and cement slurry for reservoir section,were applied in Erlian Oilfield in 2006.Cement job quality was improved by 17%.
