摘要
利用柠檬酸发酵废水，添加适量营养盐生产饲料酵母，摇床培养１６ｈ，干酵母产量可达１１．８ｇ／Ｌ（绝干计）。进一步研究了提取单细胞蛋白后的二次废水代替部分自来水与经预处理的二次废水作为柠檬酸发酵配料用水的工艺参数。研究结果表明发酵产酸率与对照相比较基本一致，发酵用水可循环利用。
The waste water in cirtric acid fermentation with a suitable amount of salt added is reused to produce feed yeast. The yields of dry yeast reaches 11.8 g/L after culturing in shaking flasks for 16 hours. Furthermore, the second waste water after singlecell protein exatraction can be also used partially to substitute fresh water in critric acid fermentation. The technology parameters are determined. It verifies that the fermentation water can be used in circulation without noticable variation in acid yield.
