摘要
通过采用紫外线(UV)、亚硝基胍(NTG)和甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)等理化方法对可产生耐高温α-淀粉酶的高温菌Bacilussp-JF1进行诱变选育,得到酶活提高为原菌2.23倍的一株突变株,命名为Bacilussp-JF1UEN-Trr-3。
The thermophilic Bacillus sp-JF1 which produces thermostable α-amylase is cultured through mutation and mutants selection. A mutant named as Bacillus sp-JF1 UEN-Trr-3 is obtained. The activity of this kind of enzyme is 2.23 times to the original strain through conventional methods, such as UV, EMS, NTG and other physicochemical processes.
