临沂市城市土地集约利用评价研究

Evaluation and Study on Concentrated Utilization of Urban Land in Linyi City

以临沂市城市土地利用状况为对象,运用多目标综合评价法构建土地集约利用的评价体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,对各指标值进行无量纲化处理,然后进行加权综合评分,得出评价结果。将评价结果进行了横向和纵向对比,分析了临沂市土地集约利用方面存在的问题和不足,提出了相应的对策建议。

On the basis of studying present condition of urban land utilization in Linyi city, by using more comprehensive evaluation system to construct the concentrated land use system, using AHP method to determine weight indicators, and the index value for the nondimensional treatment, and then weighted composite score, and gained the evaluation results. The evaluation results are constrasted in horizontal and vertical directions, the existing problems and shortcomings of land utilization in Linyi city are analyzed in this paper, and relative countermeasures are put forward as well.
