摘要
应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立巨型重载锻造操作装备夹持系统中夹钳钳口的有限元分析模型,并对模型在承受最大工作载荷时的应力进行了分析,计算出模型的应力分布和应力集中区域,从而为模型的结构优化提供了充分的理论数据。
In order to analyze the stress of a jaw in clamp system which is a key component of the giant heavy-loaded forging operation equipment ,a model of the jaw is created by using ABAQUS. After computation,the stress distribution is shown, and the danger point stress and concentration region is found. The analysis results can guide the design and structure optimization of the jaw.
