摘要
根据绿色制造的特点,对铁路货车中梁四联钻机床进行了绿色化的技术改造和评价,主要包括柔性系统的技术改造、排屑系统的技术改造和评价,达到了绿色制造的要求。
According to the characteristics of green manufacturing,the technological reformation on the four-linked drilling machine used for machining railway wagon center sills was conducted. The green degree evaluation on the project was carried out,mainly including the technical transformation of flexible system and the technical transformation of cutting chip collecting and transferring system. The evaluation result shows the reformed machine can meet the requirement of green manufacturing.
