摘要
随着声表面波器件的发展,器件的制作也越来越复杂,随之就更好的性能和模型的预测也提出了越来越多的要求。用ANSYS完成了声表面波器件的模拟与仿真,并与具体的试验结果进行了比较,结果比较吻合。
As the Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) devices evolved, their complexity grew many fold with the requirement for better performance and prediction models. By comparing the surface acoustic wave devices modeling and simulation based on ANSYS with testing outcome,a satisfied result has been gotten.
