摘要
某热连轧厂F5精轧机在轧制平板时,其控制系统增益增大时出现了异常振动,通过对其测试与分析,并进行计算机仿真后,确定故障为压下系统自激振动;在分析压下系统涉及的各环节后,确定了最简单可靠的改造方案,成功排除了系统故障。
F5 of finishing mill group abnormally vibrates during rolling sheet when the gain of controlling system is high. The fault is determined as self-excited vibration of mill housing screw-down system by measurement, analysis and emulation. The fault is repaired successfully after all links involved in the mill housing screw-down system are analyzed and the optimal scheme is determined.
