镁合金压铸模表面冲蚀过程分析 被引量:4

摘要 主要分析了镁合金压铸模在熔汤的高速冲击下模具发生冲蚀的过程。通过金相显微分析、硬度测试及SEM等实验手段分析得知:本套模具的冲蚀是镁液对模具连续的高温、高速冲击引起的。该模具材料使用的SKD-61钢虽然存在一定的带状组织,但是从总体上说是合格的,它不是引起冲蚀的最根本原因;液流速度过大并与模面呈一定的冲击角度是冲蚀现象的直接根源。 The magnesium alloy die-casting dies of some factory were usually eroded. By means of metallographic analysis,hardness test and SEM,the reason of erosion was studied. Results show that the percentages of elements of the steel are accordance with the standard ,and the microstructure after heat treatment was fine and homogeneous. The primary reason of the erosion is that the high temperature and high speed liquid continuously impacts to the die,which lead the surface to wear,the cooperation of high speed impingement and cavitation erosion finally made the erosion pits form.
