摘要
马氏体时效钢是一种超高强度钢,在航空航天领域应用广泛,但其切削性很差,会引起刀具急剧磨损、工件表面质量恶化,且生产率极低,有时甚至无法加工。主要以18Ni钢为例,通过对钢时效热处理的分析研究,揭示时效钢的切削性能特点。
Maraging steel is a kind of super-strength steel which is widely used in the field of aeronautics and astronautics. However, its cutting performance is very poor and it may cause the rapid wear of cutter and the workpiece surface quality worsening,thus the production efficency is extremely low and sometimes even there is no way to process. Taking 18Ni steel as an example and by analyzing and studying steel aging treatment,this paper reveals the cutting performance of maraging steel.
