Design of the Technique Process Preparation System of Guest Elevator Timing by Alternating Current

产品技术工艺准备是企业产品生产和管理全过程的重要组成部分,在技术工艺准备期间形成一系列的技术工艺准备文件是企业各有关部门进行正常活动的重要依据。针对武汉某企业交调(交流调速)客梯生产中存在产品技术工艺准备工作量大、时间紧这一生产经营工作的瓶颈,采用数据库管理方式管理数据,运用模块化结构设计方法,以Visual FoxPro为开发工具,设计了交调客梯技术工艺准备系统,以保证交调客梯技术工艺准备工作的快速进行。

Product technique process preparation is the important constituent of production and management for enterprise. During the period of technique process preparation,a series of technique process preparation documents are formed ,which are the important basis for each department to carry on normal activity. According to the problems in the production of the guest elevator timing by alternating current in an enterprise in Wuhan,by adopting the database management method and modularization structure design method, the technique process preparation system of guest elevator timing by alternating current was developed based on the software of Visual FoxPro.
