Shallow Discussion on Structure Choice of Winding Machine for Steel Wire Rope

为提高等静压机的安全性和使用寿命,用钢丝绳缠绕机对等静压机的高压腔进行预应力处理,用不同的结构方式控制钢丝绳拉力,实现对高压腔预应力的可靠实施。

In order to enhance the safety and service-life of isostatie press,a winding machine for steel wire rope is used to apply prestress on the high-pressure vessel of the press. By analysis, this paper gives the different methods to control the wire rope＇s tension force,and good results have been achieved.
