摘要
以HPGMP农垦58S和对照品种常规晚粳农垦58为材料,用不同光周期(LD和SD)进行处理,对叶片和花药分别进行了DSC分析。叶片的分析结果表明,在育性转换对光周期敏感之前的第一次枝梗原始体形成期,农垦58S叶片内存在一团特异的热敏感物质(体内变性温度60~80℃),与农垦58有着不同的物质构成,在LD下的第一个光周期后,这团热敏物质消失,且叶片细胞膜性质可能发生改变。花药的分析结果表明,农垦58S(LD)能经过单核早期小孢子向单核靠边期发育过程中的细胞液泡化和体积迅速增大的过程,但从单核晚期开始,花药内的物质含量呈线性下降,不能重新积累和合成。
The DSC curves of leaves and anthers of HPGMR Nongken 58S and of control No-ngken 58 under LD and SD are analyzed. The main results are as follows: (1). Inthe differentiation of primary branch primoridium of young panicle in which the ferti-lity transformation of Nongken 58S has not yet been sensitive to different photoperio-ds, there are some thermolabile substances in the leaves of Nongken 58S. After thephotoperiods (LD), the cell ular membrane's properties of leaves of Nongken 58S arechanged rapidly, and the thermolabile substances disappear.(2). Nongken 58S (LD)can perform the vacuolation and volume-enlarged process from early to late uninucleatestage. In this process, the nutrient of microspores is used up. The accumulation and sy-nthesis of the substances are handicapped in the following development of microspores,which makes the pollens of Nongken 58S abortive.
