光周期诱导HPGMR叶蛋白质变化的研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用双向凝胶电泳技术,分析了HPGMR农垦58S和常规晚粳品种农垦58在不同光周期下叶蛋白质的变化。双向凝胶电泳可分辨出270个左右的蛋白质(肽)点,集中分布在分子量为10-95KD的范围内。其中农垦58S有6个点(点1、2、3、4、6和7)受光周期影响而发生变化、点1和点2分子量23-35KD的变化可能与育性的转换有关。 The changes of leaf protein in Hubei Photoperiod sensitive Genic Male-sterile Rice(HPGMR)Nongken 58(i.e.58S)and Nongken 58(i.e.58, as control) under variousphotoperiods were analysed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. In the protein patt-erns of 58S. about 270 spots were obtained, with MW between 1O-95 KD. Amongthese spots, six of them (spot l, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7)were observed to vary in var-ious photoperiods and spot 1 and 2(MW between 33 and 35 KD)might be involved infertility transformation of 58S.
