肌酸补充对运动能力影响的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肌酸(creatine,Cr)又称甲胍基醋酸,是磷酸肌酸的前体物质,是天然存在于人体内的营养素,也可以由精氨酸、甘氨酸和蛋氨酸在肝脏、肾脏、胰腺中合成。在正常的饮食状态下,人体每天大约合成1g肌酸,当外源性补充肌酸时会抑制机体自身内源性肌酸的合成。其机制可能是因为补充肌酸会抑制脒基转移酶的活性,从而抑制内源性肌酸的合成。肌酸具有提供快速的能量物质、增加肌肉力量、加速氨基酸的吸收、促进人体蛋白质的合成、缓冲血液中的碱性和酸性物质和抗疲劳、促恢复等生物学功能。有些研究认为在进行运动训练的同时补充肌酸可以提高机体的运动能力.尤其是对短时间大强度的无氧运动能力有很大的助力作用:但是另外一些研究却表明补充肌酸不会提高运动能力.甚至对机体有副作用。此外,肌酸对运动能力影响的机制尚缺乏深入研究。
