摘要
公务员职业倦怠是影响行政绩效的重要因素,不仅需要从思想品德和政治觉悟角度来加以认识,而且需要从组织社会学角度分析成因。导致公务员职业倦怠的组织社会学成因主要有科层制对公务员的规训和监控、公务员双重角色定位的期望和悖论、公务员个体复杂的人格和组织行为特征等。因此需要从克服政府组织局限性、提升公务员职业价值、导入EAP援助等来科学干预公务员职业倦怠。
The civil servant' s occupational burnout is an important factor to affect the administrative performance. It is not only from the angle of ideological morality and political consciousness, but also from the angle of organizational sociological to understand and analyze the causes of the civil servant' s occupational burnout. From the angle of organizational sociological, the main causes leading to the civil servant' s occupational burnout are the rule training and monitoring of the administrative level system, the expectation and paradox of the location of the civil servant' s dual role, the civil servant' s complex individual personality and the organizational behavior characteristics. Therefore it needs to scientifically intervene the civil servant' s occupational burnout through overcoming the limitation of the government organizations, promoting the civil servant' s profes- sional value and importing the EAP assistance.
