On the Innovation of Chinese NGO/NPO Management

随着市场经济体制的不断完善和公共管理研究的逐步深入,我国社会组织建设正面临着新的机遇。实践情况证明,中国社会组织繁荣与发展的决定因素主要在外部管理环境优化。外部管理的相关观念、制度、行为等成为左右社会组织成长质量的关键。因此,执政党和政府要进一步通过变革管理观念来促进社会组织发展,通过创新管理制度来保障社会组织发展,通过改进管理行为来推动社会组织发展,从而为我国公共管理体制的建设创造基础。

With the constant perfection of Chinese market economy and the gradual development of public management studies, China＇ s NGO/NPO are meeting a favorable opportunity. The reality tells that the determinant of Chinese NGO/NPOs＇ thriving and flourishing mainly relies on the optimization of outer management environment. And the relative concept, institution and behavior of outer management become the keys to the quality of NGO/NPO development. Therefore, the ruling party and government need to make further innovation and reform with regard to management concept, institution and behavior in order to accelerate NGO/NPO development and establish China＇s PMS.
