摘要
加快公共文化服务体系建设,是当前文化领域的一项重要任务。本文通过剖析博物馆、纪念馆免费开放这一重要公共政策出台的理论依据及其展开过程,对我国现阶段公共文化服务供给政策理念作了梳理和评价,并在此基础上提出了创新公共文化服务方式的相关建议。
Accelerating the building of public culture service system is one of the foremost tasks in cultural sector. This essay analyzes the theoretical evidence and its empowerment of this policy, clarifies and evaluates the supply policy concepts of public cultural services in the current stage. And based on that, it puts forward corresponding suggestions to the service mode/means innovation.
