CUBA、CBA运动员成就动机水平的差异性研究

A Study on the Difference of Achievement Motivation Level between Athletes of CUBA and CBA

以131名CUBA和CBA(WCBA)运动员为研究对象,以成就动机测量表AMS为工具,分析了CUBA和CBA(WCBA)运动员的成就动机水平。研究结果表明:(1)无论性别、年龄、教育水平及运动级别,研究对象追求成功的动机均高于避免失败的动机;(2)CUBA与CBA(WCBA)运动员成就动机水平整体上差异不显著;(3)CU-BA女运动员成就动机水平显著高于WCBA运动员。

With 131 athletes from CUBA and CBA（WCBA）as the research objects, and achievement motivation scale（AMS） as the measure tool, this study analyzes the achievement motivation level of athletes from CUBA and CBA. The findings show that： （1） No matter what sex, age, educational background and athletics level, the objects achievement motivation exceeds their motivation of avoiding failure. （2）There is no significant difference of achievement motivation level between athletes from CUBA and CBA（WCBA）or the whole. （3）The women CUBA athletes＇ achievement motivation level is much higher than those from CBA.
