随着人们生活水平的提高,我国青少年人群中肥胖人数越来越多,已成为危及青少年健康的隐患。本文针对肥胖发生的机制,从生理、心理和社会适应三方面深入分析了肥胖对健康的影响,并结合实际提出有效的预防措施。

With the increase of the people＇s life standard, the member of Corpulent youngsters are more and more growing, this case has become a hidden trouble which endangers youngsters＇ health. This article makes a deep analysis of corpulence affecting health from physiology, psychology and sociology and puts forward the effective pre- venting measures against corpulence.
