浅析篮球断球技术的训练与运用

Analysis of Basketball Intercept Training and its Application

断球是个人防守能力和控制球能力的共同体现,是执行集体防守配合的保障,是提高个人攻击性防守的根本,是全队整体防守的基础。但是其在实际操作当中存在许多问题。针对现实情况,分析了影响篮球断球能力的因素,给出了断球的正确实践操作方法,提出了提高篮球断球能力的相关建议。

Intercept ability embodies individual defending and controlling ability. It also guarantees collective defending. It is the base of improving personal aggressive defending ability, while as a foundation of defending in the whole team. But in practice there were many problems. So, this paper analyzes the influence factors of basketball intercept technology and then it gives the correct practice methods. Finally, there are some relevant recommendations on how to enhance the ability of basketball intercept technology.
