两种预防新生儿红臀方法的效果比较

Comparison of Two Methods of Preventing Neonatal Diaper Rash

目的探讨预防新生儿红臀的有效方法。方法将1408例新生儿随机分为观察组(708例)和对照组(700例),观察组使用无痛保护膜,对照组使用甘油制剂。观察两种方法预防新生儿皮肤红臀的临床疗效。结果观察组新生儿红臀的发生率、严重程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组红臀的首发时间明显迟于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论与甘油制剂比较,使用无痛保护膜预防新生儿红臀的效果满意且操作简单,值得推广。

Objective To explore effective method of preventing neonatal diaper rash. Methods One thousand four hundred and eight full-term newborns were randomly divided into two groups： observation group（ n =708） and control group（ n =700）. No sting barrier film was used in observation group and glycerol applied in control group. Clinical therapeutic effects were compared between two groups. Results Incidence rate and severity of neonatal diaper rash was greatly lower and slighter than that of control group（ P d0.05）. And neonatal diaper rash appeared in observation group significantly later than that in control group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Compared with glycerol,no sting barrier film is more effetive and convenient in preventing neonatal diaper rash , which is worth of extensive use.
