“工厂化”、集约化养殖方式何以受到质疑(续二)——“工厂化”养殖对动物健康与动物福利的危害及选择 被引量:1

摘要 必须认真解决"工厂化"、集约化养殖方式对动物健康、动物福利以及生态环境等造成的危害,已经成为越来越多人的共识,也引起了方方面面的高度关注与重视,选择减少"工厂化"、集约化养殖方式,将"工厂化"、集约化养殖方式的负面影响降低到最低的程度,保持畜牧业持续健康发展,势在必行,不可回避。目前,一些发达国家已经提出了一些减少"工厂化"、集约化养殖方式危害的选择,主要有,一是采取一些规模比较小、饲养密度比较低的饲养场取代大规模、工业化饲养场;二是实行数字化管理、标准化饲养,在发展规模化、集约化的同时提高标准化水平;三是重视动物福利,善待养殖动物,提高动物福利水平;四是走生态畜牧业发展之路,实现持续健康发展与生态环境保护的统一。随着对"工厂化"、集约化养殖方式认识与研究的不断深入,人类一定能够探索出既有利于满足人类的需要,又不损害动物健康与动物福利的养殖方式。
