硒、碘、钴预混料生产中有毒有害粉尘控制技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 先后在实验室和工厂生产条件下,研究了防尘剂对硒、碘、钴预混料生产过程产生有毒有害粉尘的控制作用。在“包被球磨-稀释混合”工艺中,考察防尘剂添加量、添加顺序和时间对粉尘浓度和混合均匀度的影响,研究确定了球磨工段密封吸风,混合工段添加 2%以下防尘剂加局部吸风的粉尘控制方案。工厂化生产试验研究结果显示,操作场所粉尘浓度小于 10 mg/m_3,达到(饲料厂工程设计规范)要求,其中有毒硒粉尘浓度小于0.18 mg/m_3,达到美国职业安全卫生管理条例规定。 The effects of the dustproof agents on the reduction of poisonous dust concentration in the premixes mill were studued in the laboratory and plant. And the effects of the addition quantity, sequence and mixing period of the agents on the concentration of POisonous dust and the mixing uniformity were inspected in the processes of ball milling-coating and dilution mixing. The results showed that the concentration of dust in the workplace was below 10 mg/m_3, in which the concentration of Se dust was less than 0. 18 mg/m_3 when adding the dustproof agents of 2 % or less and using the local dust control system in the mixing section as well as applying the closed dust control system in the ball milling-coating section.
