不同钠盐胁迫对黑果枸杞种子萌发的影响

Effect of Different Sodium Salt Stress on the Seed Germination of Lycium Ruthenicum Murr.

通过对黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murr.)种子在不同钠盐(NaCl、NaHCO3、Na2CO3)溶液中萌发情况的研究,旨在探明黑果枸杞种子在不同盐胁迫下的萌发特性。结果表明:NaHCO3和Na2CO3溶液及其导致的高pH溶液环境对黑果枸杞种子的毒害作用明显小于Na+对黑果枸杞种子萌发的影响。种子对NaCl的耐盐临界值为90.7 mmol/L,极限值为242.2 mmol/L。不同钠盐胁迫下黑果枸杞种子胚根和胚芽的受抑制大小顺序为,中性盐NaCl胁迫:胚根<胚芽;碱性盐NaHCO3和Na2CO3胁迫:胚根>胚芽。

The research aimed at seed germination characters of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. under different sodium saltstress. The results showed that the environment of high pH which Poisoning effect are significantly less than Na^＋ on the seeds germination, the tolerance of seed to NaCl： critical value was 90.7 mmol/L, and the maximum value was 242.2 mmol/L, the order of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. seed＇ s radicle and germ inhibit degree under different sodium sahstress, neutral salt NaCl stress： radicle 〈 germ;NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 stress： radicle 〉 germ.
