摘要 采用水培和沙培试验,研究了重金属Hg、Cr和Pb单一及复合污染对绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:重金属Hg、Cr和Pb单一污染均抑制了绿豆种子的萌发,处理浓度越高,对种子萌发的抑制作用越明显;除低浓度的Pb污染促进了绿豆幼苗地上部分的生长外,其余处理均抑制了绿豆幼苗的生长。重金属Hg、Cr和Pb不同组合的4种复合处理均抑制了绿豆种子的萌发及幼苗的生长,其中Hg2++Pb2+影响程度最大。 With the way of sand and hydroponics culture in pots, the effects of pollution of single and combined of heavy metal (Hg^2+ , Cr^3+ , Pb^2+ ) on the seed germination,growth and development of seedling of mung bean were studied. The results showed that the seed germination was inhibited under the pollution of single of Hg^2+, Cr^3+ , Pb^2+ , and the higher the concentration was, the more obvious the effect of inhibition on the seed germination was. Except for Pb^2+ with low concentration could promote the growing of aboveground part of the seedling of mung bean, the rest of treatments inhibited the seedling growing and development. The seed germination and seedling growth of mung mean were inhibited under the four kinds of treatments with different combination of Hg^2+ , Cr^3+ , Pb^2+ , and Hg^2+ + Pb^2+ had the greatest influence on the seed germination and seedling growth.
