不同处理对乌拉尔甘草种子发芽率及过氧化物酶活性的影响 被引量:16

摘要 乌拉尔甘草是具有重要药用价值、工业价值和生态价值的灌木状多年生草本植物,种子硬实严重,自然状态下萌发困难,制约了人工栽培和育种工作的开展。为此,研究了浓硫酸浸种、微波和超声波处理对乌拉尔甘草种子发芽率的影响以及种子萌发过程中过氧化物酶活性的变化。结果表明,3种处理对种子的萌发均有一定的促进作用,其中浓硫酸浸种30 min效果最明显,发芽率可以提高到80%以上,种子萌发过程中叶片过氧化物酶活性呈现逐渐升高的趋势。 Licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch) being a kind of perennial herbal plants, is one of the most important and widely used Chinese traditional medicinal plants. But under the nature conditions seed germination percent is only 5% - 15% for higher percentage of hard seed that inhibites the development of the cultivation and plant breeding. In the paper three methods were taken to increase the seed germination percent,i, e. soaking the seeds in 98 % H2SO4 solution, microwave treating and supersonic treating and then detected the activity of peroridase (POD) enzymes in young leaves during the seedling of G. uralensis Fisch.. The result showed that three kinds of treatment promoted seed germinaion at different degree, among them, soaking the seeds in 98% H2SO4 solution for 30min could promote the germination percent higher to 80%. The activity of POD of the seeding leaves increased gradually during the germination.
