假冒伪劣已成一大公害,对中国这个农业大国来说,假劣农资更是对农业和农民构成极大的危害。假劣农资形成的原因错综复杂,解决这个问题,需采取强化源头管理、完善现行法律、强化法制建设等应对措施,还可以借鉴外国经验进行治理。

Fake and shoddy has become a public hazard.For China,the great agricultural country,the fake agricultural resources pose a great hazard for agriculture and farmers.The causes of fate agricultural re- sources are complex.To solve this problem,we shall strengthen the source management and improve the existing law,strengthen the building of the legal system and so on.We can also learn from foreign experi- ence in governance.
