摘要
在引入缓冲包装失效概率(破损概率)、可靠指标、状态函数等概念后.建立了缓冲包装的概率设计方法.提出了基于概率理论的最适度缓冲包装设计概念.给出了相应的数学表述和设计步骤。特别是指出了包装产品存在着经济上的最佳失效概率(最佳破损概率),对缓冲包装的合理设计具有重要意义。
In this paper. the probability of failure (probability of damage ). the reliability index and the function of state for cushioning packaging are introduced. Then. the probabilistic design method for cushioning packaging is developed. The optimum cushioning packaging design based on the probability theory is suggested. and the corresponding mathematical description and the design steps are given.
