摘要 准确确定铸坯凝固末端的位置,对于合理选择压下区域、实施动态轻压下有十分重要的意义。本文采用COMSOL软件模拟方坯连铸的凝固过程,分析了影响凝固点位置的因素,为确定铸坯的动态轻压下位置提供了一种有效的手段。 The accurate positioning of the solidification end of the casting blank makes the important sense to choosing screw down area reasonably and performing dynamic light screw down. COMSOL software is used to simulate the solidification process of the square billet continuous casting, and factors which influence the position of the solidification point have been analyzed, which provides a effective means for determining the dynamic light screw down position of the casting blank.
