对体育教学中和谐体育教学模式促进学生身心全面和谐发展的作用进行了研究,结果发现和谐体育教学模式对于培养学生的主动性竞争进取以营造积极健康的教学环境方面都有积极影响,建议应该以生为本,优化教学设计,促进学生身心和谐发展。

This article researches on the effect of the harmonious physical education teaching model on promoting students＇physical and psychological heath. Reseach findings indicate that the harmonious physical education teaching model has a postive effect on cultivating students＇competition awareness and nurturing an active and healthy teaching environment. It is proposed that we should focus on students and optimize the teaching plan to promote students＇ harmonious physical and psychological development.
