药对荆芥-防风挥发油成分的分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的定性、定量分析药对荆芥-防风、单味药荆芥和防风的挥发油成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)方法测定挥发油成分,利用化学计量学解析法分辨色谱重叠峰,通过质谱库进行定性,用总体积积分法进行定量。结果荆芥-防风、荆芥和防风挥发油分别得到65,51和36个定性结果,占总含量的82.36%,86.71%和89.15%。结论荆芥-防风挥发油成分数目大致是单味药荆芥和防风的加和,但主要来自荆芥。 OBJECTIVE To determine the volatile components in herbal pair Herba Schizonepetae-Radix Ledebouriellae(HS-RL),single herb HS and RL.METHODS Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),chemometric resolution method(CRM) and overall volume integration methods were used.RESULTS 51,36,and 65 volatile components in essential oil of HS,RL,and herbal pair HS-RL were respectively determined qualitatively and quantitatively,accounting for 86.71%,89.15% and 82.36% of total essential oil of HS,RL,and herbal pair HS-RL respectively.CONCLUSION The number of volatile components in HS-RL,mainly from that of single herb HS,was almost equal to the sum of the number in the two single herbs.
