Evaluation of gliquidone tablets by fiber-optic dissolution tester

目的:对3家市售格列喹酮片体外溶出度进行比较,为质量控制、标准评价提供依据。方法:通过光纤药物溶出原位过程监测仪测定溶出曲线,实测 T_d、T_(50)等参数。结果:3家市售格列喹酮片在不同溶出条件下质量有差异,T_d、T_(50)显示溶出速度有差异。结论:光纤溶出仪可用于评价固体制剂溶出差异。

Objective：To compare the vitro dissolution of gliquidone tablets from three pharmaceutical factories. Methods ： Detect dissolution curve, T50 and Td by fiber in situ dissolution tester. Result： The vitro dissolution of gliquidone tablets from A factory have wide RSD, gliquidone tablets from B and C factory dissolute faster than that of A factory. Conclusion ： Fiber - optic in situ dissolution tester is suitable for evaluation of the dissolution difference.
