摘要
目的:建立一种新的头孢地尼电化学分析方法。方法:将一定量的头孢地尼溶液加入到0.2 mol·L^(-1)的氢氧化钠溶液中使其降解后,在-0.1~-1.0 V 范围内用差示脉冲伏安法测定其降解产物。结果:头孢地尼的降解产物在0.05 mol·L^(-1)氢氧化钠溶液中产生一灵敏的还原峰,峰电位在-0.52 V,峰电流 i_p 与头孢地尼的浓度在4.0×10^(-8)~4.0×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)、4.0×10^(-7)~4.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)范围内分段呈良好的线性关系,检出限3.0×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)。结论:该方法简便、可行,为头孢地尼的测定提供了一种新方法。
Objective:develop a new electrochemical method for the determination of cefdinir. Methods:Added cefdinir solution into 0.2 mol · L^-1 sodium hydroxide solution, cefdinir's degradation product was determined by differential pulse voltammetry from -0. 1 V to - 1.0 V. Result:In a supporting electrolyte of 0. 05 mol · L^-1 sodium hydroxide solution, a sensitive reductive peak of degradation product was attained at - 0.52 V ; Linear relationship was held between the peak current and the concentration of cefdinir in the range from 4.0 × 10^ -8 to 4 × 10^ -7 mol · L^-1 and 4 × 10^-7 to 4. 0 × 10^-6 mol · L^-1 , and the detection limit was 3.0 × 10^-8 mol · L^-1 . Conclusion:The method is accurate, reproducible, reliable, and may be used for the determination of cefdinir.
