摘要 目的:采用薄层扫描法测定香紫苏醇的含量。方法:采用德国卡玛薄层色谱扫描仪进行扫描,使用含0.5%CMC-Na的硅胶 G 薄层板;展开剂:正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(8:4:0.25);显色剂:茴香醛-硫酸-乙醇(1:1:18);检测波长:520 nm;狭缝尺寸:2 nm×2 nm。结果:香紫苏醇对照品溶液点样量在10~50μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r 为0.9942;平均回收率(n=6)为100.1%。结论:本法操作简单、灵敏,结果准确可靠。 Objective:To determine the content of sclareol by TLC. Method:The CAMAG TLC scanner 3 was selected, silic - gel thin - layer with 0.5% CMC - Na solution, developing solvent : hexane - ethyl acetate - formic acid ( 8: 4: 0.25 ), coloration : solution of anisaldehyde - sulfuric acid - ethanol( 1 : 1 : 18 ), the detection wavelength was 520 nm, slit size :2 nm × 2 nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10 -50 μg for sclareol (r = 0. 9942). The average recovery( n = 6) was 100.1% for sclareol. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
