摘要
目的:建立 HPLC 法测定复方黄榆栓中小檗碱的含量。方法:采用 Kromasil-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(55:45,每100 mL 加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为265 nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱线性范围为3~48μg·mL^(-1),精密度试验 RSD 为1.4%,重复性试验 RSD 为0.6%,平均回收率为98.7%(RSD 为1.6%,n=5)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of berberine in compound Huangyu suppositories. Methods :A Kromasil- C18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid(55:45 ,add 0.1 g sodium dodecyl sulfonate per 100 mL) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min ^-1. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results:The linear range was 3 -48 μg · mL^-1 ;The precision RSD was 1.4% ; The reproducibility RSD was 0.6% ; The average recovery rate was 98.7%, with RSD = 1.6% ( n = 5). Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
