摘要 超高效液相色谱(UPLC)是近年来发展起来的以超高速度、超高分离度、超高灵敏度为特点的新型液相色谱技术。其应用于复杂体系快速分析所表现出的优势,已引起了药物分析工作者的重视。本文介绍了 UPLC 的主要特点,并综述了近年来该技术在药物分析、药物代谢分析和中药质量控制等方面的应用。以淫羊藿、虫草、三七、丹参为例,对 HPLC 与 UPLC 进行了比较和分析,为 UPLC 在药物研究中的应用提供参考。 Ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), a new separation technique in liquid chromatography with its feature of "high speed, resolution and sensitivity", has attracted more attention of the pharmaceuticals analysts. Herein, the principle and properties of UPLC were introduced, and the applications in the pharmaceutical analysis, drug metabolite analysis as well as quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicine were reviewed. Comparison of HPLC and UPLC has been carried out in this article based on the analysis of Herba Epimedii, Cordyceps, Radix Notoginseng, and Radix Salviae Mittiorrhiae. It indicated that UPLC is a powerful tool for the rapid analysis of drugs.
