摘要
研究了Ce、Ca、Sr复合合金化对AZ91镁合金的力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:Ce、Ca、Sr复合加入显著提高合金的力学性能,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度明显高于基体合金。力学性能的提高可归结为复合合金化产生的细晶强化以及时效强化。
The effect of Ce, Ca and Sr on mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy has been investigated. The experimental results show that,Ce addition combined Ca and/or Sr to the AZ91 alloy produced the large improvement of mechanical properties such as tensile strength,yield strength and hardness.Enhancement of mechanical properties was mainly attributed to the grain refining strengthening and ageing strengthening.
