摘要
以实际工程为背景,论述了某两跨连续、跨度40m的预应力混凝土框架梁的设计施工过程。设计中采用先铰接后刚接的设计和施工方法,并考虑了大跨预应力混凝土梁可能出现的预应力摩擦损失、振动荷载等方面的影响。通过现场试验验证了设计的可靠性。在施工中通过合理工序及工法使设计中的计算模型与实际结构得以吻合。
Based on a practical building project, the design and construction process of a two span prestress concrete frame beam (40m for each span) are introduced. The design and construction method of rigid connection after hinged connection is adopted, and the possible influences such as prestress friction loss, vibration load on the large-span prestress concrete beams are considered. Some site tests are done to further determine the reliability of the design. Meanwhile, reasonable construction process and method are applied, so that the actual structure can be consistent with the calculation model.
