摘要 对东莞大剧院工程中的预应力箱型转换梁的分析与设计进行了介绍。通过ANSYS有限元程序对箱梁进行分析,得到箱梁整体受力特点,确定箱梁侧壁计算模型,在竖向荷载作用下,侧壁可简化为平面内弯、剪构件来计算。并系统地阐述了有粘结预应力箱梁设计中预应力筋的计算方法、构造措施及施工组织等技术问题。 Through the finite element program ANSYS, a detailed analysis and design of bonded pre-stressed box beam in the project of Dongguan Great Theatre is introduced, and the features of its global mechanical behavior have been obtained. Moreover, the calculation model of side-wall of the beam is also determined here. When the side-wall is subjected to vertical load, it can be simplified to a member forced by moment and shear in plane. The method of calculation of prestressing bar and its construction measure and progress are discussed systematically.
