摘要 目的:建立测定应抗病毒药物患者血浆中盐酸美沙酮含量的方法。方法:采用C18ODS色谱柱(6.0mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸二氢钾(38:62),检测波长为220nm。结果:方法回收率为94.82~101.64,日内RSD为2.04~2.36,日间RSD为4.11~6.76,线性范围为36~1152μg.L-1。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好。 OBJECTIVE The HPLC method was established for determination of methadone hydroehloride in plasma in patients of anti-virus treatment. METHODS The HPLC method was developed under the following conditions:Column, C18 ODS (4. 6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-monopotassium phosphate (38:62). The wavelength of the UV detector was set at 220 nm. RESULTS The recovery was 94. 82% - 101.64% (n = 6). The interday validation was 2. 04%- 2. 36% . The intraday validation was 4. 11%-6. 76%. The linear range was from36-1152μg·L^-1. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
