摘要
目的:优选儿泻贴的提取工艺。方法:用挥发油收得率、丁香酚含量、浸膏得率3指标试验全概率公式评分法考察挥发油提取部分加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间的最优条件;用吴茱萸碱含量、浸膏得率2指标考察醇提部分乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数的最优条件。结果:挥发油提取部分为丁香、肉桂加5倍量水浸泡0.5h后,水蒸汽蒸馏提取6h;醇提部分为吴茱萸、五倍子加8倍量60乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:该工艺合理,稳定可行。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Erxie Cataplasms. METHODS The extraction process of volatile oil was optimized using multi index test breakdown formula evaluation combined with orthogonal design guided by the extraction ratio, the contents of eugenol and the dried decocting rates to evaluate the influence of the three factors including quantity of water , soaking time and extracting time; The extraction process by ethanol was optimized guided by the contents of evodiamine and the dried decocting rates to evaluate the influence of the four factors including the concentration and amount of ethanol, the extracting time and the number of time. RESULTS The optimal process of volatile oil from Flos Caryophylli and Cortex Cinnamomi was as follows: medicinal materials being soaked in 5 times of water for 0. 5 hours and distilled for 6 hours with vapo; while the optimal extraction technology by ethanol from Fructus Evodiae and Galla Chinesis was to extract for 3 times in 60% alcohol, the volume of which was 8 times the weight of herbal medicine, with 1.5 hour for each time. CONCLUSION The above extraction procedure gives the most rational, stable and feasible results.
