盐酸丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效及血液流变学的影响

Efficacy of buflomedil hydrochloride in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vasculopathy and its impact on blood rheology

目的:研究盐酸丁咯地尔在治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的临床疗效和对血液流变学影响的关系。方法:58例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者随机分为2组,治疗组予以常规措施并加盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗,对照组仅用常规治疗。观察治疗前后临床表现、踝臂指数(ABI)和血液流变学的变化。结果:2组治疗后临床表现较治疗前有改善,但治疗组降低较对照组更显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后ABI和血液流变学指标均有改善,与治疗前比较具有显著性,但治疗组的改善差异更具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸丁咯地尔可显著改善下肢血液循环的高凝、高黏状态,是治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的一种有效药物。

OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between the clinical efficacy of buflomedil hydrochloride in the treatment of diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular lesions and its impact on blood theology. METHODS The 58 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group would be given conventional measures and treated with buflomedil hydrochloride injection. The control group would only be given conventional treatment. Observe the changes of clinical performance before and after the treatment, the ankle-braehial indicators （ABI） and the blood rheology. RESULTS The clinical performances of the two groups had been improved after treatment; however the control group＇s decrease was more significant than that of the treatment group. The indicators of ABI and blood rheology had been improved significantly compared with that of pre-treatment, and the improvement of the control group was more significantly different （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The buflomedil hydrochloride can significantly improve the lower extremity hypercoagulability and high viscosity. It＇s an effective drug to treat diabetic peripheral vasculopathy.
