Scheduling of the science and technological talents on the emergency condition with single scientific research task

针对应急状态下单项科研任务对科技人才的调度问题进行了研究,建立了在应急时间最短的前提下,调度的科技干部数量最少的二层优化数学模型,并对模型的求解方法进行了探讨。算例计算结果证明,该方法是可行的。

The problem of scheduling of the science and technological talents on the emergency condition with single scientific research task is studied,and a bi-level optimal model is proposed based on the shortest time to finish the researcil task to minimize the number of the science and technological talents, and the algorithm of the model is discussed. The model is proved to be feasible by the results of an example.
