摘要
在回顾新员工引导内涵的基础上,重新定义了新员工引导,并从对象、目的与内容加以剖析。在提示新员工引导与组织社会化的异同后,提出了有效实施新员工引导的4种策略。
Based on the review of the connotation of new employee orientation,the paper redefines new employee orientation and analyses the concept from the object, purpose and content. Then the paper points out the similarities and dissimilarities between new employee orientation and organizational socialization. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategies which can help raise the quality of orientation
