摘要
玉米赤霉烯酮主要污染玉米、小麦、大麦、燕麦等农作物及动物饲料,它的去毒方法可以分为物理、化学和生物三大类。综述了这些方法的研究情况及最新进展,其中辐照技术、吸附技术和臭氧去毒效果都很明显,是降低谷物中玉米赤霉烯酮污染的重要技术。
