摘要
对某电厂吸收塔出口烟道钢支架结构出现过大变形事故的原因进行了分析,认为其主要原因是结构施工过程与设计计算模型的差异以及构件较大的初始安装变形,导致了结构受载后的过大变形。根据实际施工过程计算钢支架各支座承担的荷载,并对变形后的结构进行了分析及加固验算,对不满足安全使用要求的构件进行了加固,以使该结构能够满足正常使用要求。
The oversize deformation mason of outlet flue duct steel bracket structure of an electric plant absorbing tower is analyzed. The difference between the structure construction process and numerical model and rather large original erection deformation of structure members lead to the oversize deformation after the structure bear loads. The loads the steel bracket supports bear are calculated according to the actual construction process, and the deformed structure is analyzed and calculated. Those members that aren't satisfied with safe use requirements are reinforced to make this structure satisfy normal application requirements.
