摘要
碳纤维增强塑料是由环氧树脂粘贴高强度的碳纤维布而成的,作为一种新型的加固技术,其在结构加固领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。然而,预应力碳纤维布加固技术的发展却相对比较缓慢。传统的先张拉后锚固的预加应力方法,不能对纤维布提供可靠的锚固和施加均匀稳定的预应力,材料本身优异的性能不能充分发挥,是制约碳纤维布预应力加固技术发展的主要瓶颈之一。本文提出了一种全新的先锚固后张拉的方法,该方法能够实现对纤维布提供可靠的锚固,且均匀稳定地将纤维布张拉到较高的应力水平,并对该方法的原理及锚固和张拉夹具的设计、试验及改进过程进行了阐述。
Carbon fibre reinforced poly -mer (CFRP) is manufactured by carbon fiber cloth that be glued to stick the high strength by the wreath oxygen resin. As s new reinforcing technique,it's getting more and more extensive applications in structure reinforcement. However the technique of prestressing carbon fiber reinforced poly-mer is relatively slow devoloped. The traditional prestressing way is first straining the material and then anchoring it, but it can not provide the carbon fibre cloth steady and equal prestressing, the material's excellent capability can not be fully used,this is the main chock-point. This text put forward a new idea: straining the material after it has been anchored. This technology has realized providing the carbon fibre cloth dependable anchor and it can also strains the carbon fibre cloth to high and steady stress. The author explains the theory of the new technology and expatiate the design and modifying of the clamps.
