摘要
为实现海水湿排粉煤灰(海排灰)的高效资源化利用,通过试验研究了利用海排灰、废石屑、水泥制备新型承重墙体材料。结果表明:海排灰掺量45%~65%,水泥掺量8%~15%,废石屑掺量25%-40%,外加剂掺量1%-1.5%,在设计的生产工艺下,制品仅有轻微泛霜,能够满足一等品要求;采取一定的粉煤灰活化措施和调整生产工艺参数,利用海排灰和废石屑等原材料,可以生产出MU10,MU20蒸压粉煤灰砖,制品满足JC239—2001《粉煤灰砖》标准要求,同时具有高利废率特点。
To realize highly effective use of sea water wet-discharged fly ash, this paper studied preparation of load bearing wall material utilizing sea water wet-discharged fly ash, waste stone chip and cement. Test results show that products are efflorescence lightly and can satisfy demands of first-rate when content of sea water wet-discharged fly ash is 45% - 65%, cement 8% - 15%, waste stone chip 25% -40%, and admixture 1% - 1.5% using designed producing technology. After applying activation measure of sea water wet- discharged fly ash and rectifying producing technology, utilize of sea water wet-discharged fly ash and waste stone chip can produce autoclaved brick of MU10 and MU20, which satisfy demands of JC239 -2001 (Fly Ash Brick)and have characteristic of highly effective use of waste materials.
