摘要
脲醛树脂(UF)是一种广泛应用于木材加工业及涂饰行业的热固性树脂。比较了不同生产工艺和参数的条件下,改性脲醛树脂性能指标的变化趋势。实验结果表明,通过添加一定量的改性剂 A,控制 F/U 物质的量比,尿素分批投料,采用合适的催化剂等方法可以有效地提高树脂的性能,降低毒性。并且通过对强酸、弱酸、弱碱及传统的合成工艺的比较,可以看出弱碱合成工艺在性能、经济上有较好的发展前景。
At present, urea- formaldehyde (UF) resin has become a kind of thermosetting resin that is extensively applied in the timber machining - and coating - industries. Compared the changing trends of the modified UF's performance indexes under different processes and parameter conditions. The experiment results showed that the properties of the resin can be effectively improved and the toxicity can be lowered through the following processes:adding appropriate modifier A, manipulating the mass ratio of F to U, adding materials in batches, selecting suitable catalysts. And comparing strong acid, mild acid, mild base, and conventional synthetical technology, it can be concluded that mild base synthetical technology possesses a bright developing prospect both in property and economy.
